I am a mid 20s Korean-American who graduated from The University of Georgia Alumna with a bachelor's degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resources Analytics.
In college, I participated in Society for Human Resources Management and Delta Sigma Pi, co-ed
business fraternity.
I volunteered for pet adoption centers, mental health awareness, local musician support, and at-risk women's education.
I am currently a Human Resources professional as a senior compensation analyst. I analyze wage-based data and strategize employee compensation.
Previously, I have interned at Walt Disney World as an attractions operator and at Georgia Pacific as an HR Generalist. After graduating, I recruited for a sales company, analyzed and administered retirement plans, and audited payroll processes.
