Jorge Torres Negron

I work for Deloitte as a Senior Consultant within the Government and Public Services (GPS) Sector in the Discovery and Data Management Offering. I have more than eight years of experience in the legal field and banking industry. My current role is with the Defense Security & Justice (DS&J) Mega Deal Capture Council where I have been supporting various DS&J priority deals during the entire pursuit lifecycle. I have contributed to the capture plan of ~$5.5B across four mega deals in DHS, Air Force and Navy.

Prior to joining Deloitte, I spent two years in the Department of Justice, Criminal Division. During that time, I managed several high-profile cases for the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Unit (FCPA) and assisted with numerous investigations, including ten guilty pleas and three corporate resolutions with financial penalties totaling over $150 million. I have extensive experience in project management, leading and developing teams, research and analysis of evidence in both English and Spanish, improving workflows, and streamlining processes. I love to learn, facilitate and find solutions for clients.

I am passionate about well-being and DEI, which is why I joined Deloitte’s Well-being Wizard program and am a Deloitte Purpose Ambassador. I received my master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Kent in the U.K., and my Sociology/Criminology bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. My main hobbies are basketball, running and reading, and I love to travel!
