Hello Dalton: Good question! Typical behavior that are grounds for firing are: stealing from the job, not working.... Facebook, Instagram, talking too much in a socializing way, just doing minimal work, asking boss too many questions (causing boss to do your work/taking up their time), being openly racist/sexist/homophobic/and many other "ists", not following rules like attire, punctuality, and lunch break times. There are many others so o encourage you to write again with a specific question about the job title only, no other details. Hope this helps!

Lashay recommends the following next steps:

Consider company size, job title, and policies
You are responsible for knowing what's in and following the handbook, rules, regulations, and policies.

Hi! An example I can think of, of an employee's behaviour that is grounds for dismissal would be someone who is theft. Company's have codes of conduct which outline expectations. I've attached an article here that shows 15 traits of the ideal employee: https://www.forbes.com/sites/kensundheim/2013/04/02/15-traits-of-the-ideal-employee/6335ffc4161f - these are great traits that employers look for to retain employees.
