Thank you for your question. Firstly, you have to establish a schedule for yourself to follow. You can find a time management to help, eg Google Calendar, MS Outlook, phone calendar, etc
Below are my suggestions:
1. Put down the time you need to attend classes
2. Allocate some time every day on your assignment and projects. Do revision on the material covered in the day
3. Make sure you have enough time to sleep and exercise
4. Assign some time on the weekend for leisure and friends & family gathering
You don't need to fill up the schedule completely. Leave some time for relaxation and reflection.
