You should be guiding us on how to handle the stress to keep your blood pressure and heart healthy.

I have a solution for stress at work.
Stop being an introvert and start talking to someone who can listen to you.
let out all the anger and stuff in your brain and heart.
Being a Cardiologist, handling patients and long hours of work could be stressfull.
Try to organize and have some me-time for yourself.
And use earpods and listen to some relaxing music.
As you are more aware of body behavior, try to keep your heart rate normal by not taking things to heart.
Stress is more to the heart than to the brain. So try to eat healthy and maintain good cholesterol levels.
Exercise on a daily basis.
love yourself and others no matter what.
