How can i achieve in becoming a veterinarian?

What is the best path for veterinarian education to learn how properly treat and take care of ill animals? Showing me the right medication to using from the ones that are deadly in put wrong, along with the best techniques. How would I be able to find the best and have the right amount of resources to help me achieve my goal?

https://veterinary.texas.gov/licensing/types-of-licenses/dvm/ outlines the requirements to become a Vet in Texas and https://www.avma.org/education/center-for-veterinary-accreditation/accredited-veterinary-colleges has all kinds of resources. It lists Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University as the only accredited schools in Texas. https://vetmed.tamu.edu/dvm/admissions/eligibility/ has eligibility requirements and pre-requisites so you'll have an idea what to take for Undergraduate.

As a vet there are many resources like https://plumbs.com/ and https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&catId=102894 to help with medication dispensing. I'm sure there are also diagnostic tools to help identify diseases and the right treatments and medication.
