I guess as an adult learner you need to get your mindset back to having your studies as your only priority. A traditional student never loses it going from one school to another. However, a non-traditional student may have had adult life experiences (another career, military service, etc.) that may influence your priorities. I became a medical student after having such experiences and it took a while to adjust being a student again. On the positive side you have a level of maturity that traditional students have yet to obtain. This will work to your advantage as you progress in your studies.
