How hard was college and schooling for physical therapy?
What were some hard classes? How much school work did you have? Did you take any specific high school classes that helped you succeed in college?

I would say it is fairly hard. But if you are someone who loves human biology, then you should be fine! I would suggest you to be consistent in your studies, which will help you to keep up with the course syllabus. Try to have a study partner as that helped me gain a lot clarity while studying concepts. Also, focus on Anatomy - having a good hold on anatomy will make all the other subjects a lot easier to understand!

It was honestly pretty challenging! Kinesiology is very information heavy and it can get super technical sometimes, and all the supplementary/required classes for this track were also fairly packed with material. Anatomy, physiology, and applied kinesiology are just some of the classes I have taken myself and it is safe to say they involve many, many complex concepts. I would say a big part of getting though it is drive; if you really want to accomplish something it makes the journey a lot easier. The other part of it, of course, is learning and effective studying. Expect to be studying hours a day, almost every day of the week. I know this sounds kind of undoable but that's just what the physical therapy comes with; there is just so much to learn and apply. I did take some community college courses while I was a senior in high school and I found that to be a solid introduction tot he subject. I specifically took Kinesiology 1 and 2 (I believe) through a local college, and I do know the name of the course differs with certain schools so always make sure you are taking the "intro to..." or "basics" courses.
