I think you will have lots of possibilities. You might begin with a job, even part-time, in retail where you would be on your feet many hours each day helping customers (social interaction).
If you haven't yet, try volunteering for a variety of nonprofits in areas where you don't need to sit -- serve meals to the homeless, work at a marathon where you hand out items as people pass by and wish them luck, offer to do some gardening with a team. Check out volunteer websites to see all the listings. By, the way, I am now retired and volunteer at quite a number of nonprofits which gives me a lot of variety in my days. When retiring, I decided to do things I had never done before and it opened up lots of great adventures.
