Why do people really go into Teaching?
Hello, I am a senior in high school and I am deciding if I want to major in education, specifically teaching bilingual kids. I talk to my teachers and ask them why they became teachers, most of them say that they dreamed of being a teacher since they were younger or that it's just something they were passionate about. I think that's baloney! I want to become a teacher to help students who come from a different country and make them feel welcome and less scared. So I want real answers on why people want to become teachers. #Spring25

I have a strong desire to give back and shape the minds of those eager to learn. It’s not just about imparting knowledge; it’s about inspiring future professionals who will make a difference in healthcare.
I seek a well-rounded experience that bridges clinical practice with academic insights. This combination is essential for preparing students to meet the evolving demands of the nursing field.
I am driven by the need to grow and learn continuously. Teaching is not just a role; it’s an opportunity for mutual growth, as I engage with students and stay current in my field.
Additionally, I value life/work balance. My ambition to become a nursing instructor aligns perfectly with my desire to diversify my experiences while maintaining this balance.
My passion lies in the pursuit of discovering and nurturing my true calling in nursing education.

Thank you for your question. Personally I wanted to do teaching because I believe in a better tomorrow by educating the youth. I also enjoy learning so if that’s history or learning from children I’m all about it.
