Why would a 12th grade girl with aspirations, dreams, and math skills, having been accepted into Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for the major I love, "aeronautical engineering," see my desire to go to college cut short just because I couldn't afford the costs?#"Spring25
I'm a 12th grade student in Texas. I'm passionate about everything related to space and aircraft, and I want to be my sister's inspiration.

Hi Valerie,
Congratulations on your acceptance into Aeronautical Engineering. That's no small feat, and you can be proud of yourself.
You need to first talk to the school's financial aid office to see what they can offer you in terms of financial aid or scholarships. Also sign up for FAFSA and work study.
Check and apply to all options for scholarships. Consider working part-time and during summers. You can do it!
I hope this helps! All the best to you!
