Thank you for your question. It is difficult to ensure you would not change your interest or careers aspirations in 10 -20 years. The most important is to find out the careers you have interest for the time being.
Below are my suggestions:
1. Think about what you have interest eg your hobbies, favourite subjects, etc and identify the related careers
Eg if you like music, would you like to be a musician, singer, musical artist, music composer, music producer, etc
If you have interest in maths, would you like to be an accountant, engineer, banker, financial analyst, maths teacher, can
2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, school career counselor, your parents, etc
4. Shortlist 1-2 careers you would like to pursue
5. Explore the entry of relevant subjects in colleges
Hope this helps! Good luck!
May Almighty God bless you!

This is a great question! My advice would be to start by reflecting on what excites you—whether it’s helping others, problem-solving, or creativity. Choose a path that aligns with your personal values, such as work-life balance and impact.
Pro tip: Stay flexible. Look for careers that offer growth and adaptability over time. Focus on fulfillment, not just money—passion for your work often leads to long-term motivation. Connect with recent grads, advisors, and mentors to get insights into what’s truly fulfilling in practice. Career paths evolve, so don’t be afraid to pivot when necessary.
In short, choose a career that aligns with your interests, offers room for growth, and allows for regular reevaluation.

That's a fantastic question! To stay motivated in your career for 10-20 years, start by discovering what you truly love to do. Once you know your passion, dive into research in that area to explore job opportunities, businesses, franchises, or entrepreneurship. Seek advice from experts or people you trust, and keep up with the latest trends. If you still feel excited, jump in and always give it your all. All the best!
