What is the best way to balance the demand of your class schedule and athletics while trying to keep up with your social circle and friends ?
I am currently a highschool student who is committed to Marymount University for softball as well as the nursing program, but I am worried about being able to balance athletics with my demanding nursing program and schedule as well as hangout with my friends and enjoy the college experience.

Here what i do make a schedule of school work and softball time. and family time you might have to not get to hang out with family and friends much. But just sit down with them and tell what you are doing? I'm sure they will understand and want to help you if they can? I went threw this when my daughter was in nursing school and and she was trying to hang out with the family and friends But they told the student and family at the being of nursing school they will need to study and we as the family would have to understand. It will be hard but you can do it. Me and my daughter used to study together because I was in college so we had study time and her friends that was trying to be nurse we had a study group and it was fun. Maybe your softball time will be your time to relax and hang out for awhile and then go back and study. Im here if you need anymore advice I'm back in school so I will be your study buddy

The best way is to plan your time and be honest with yourself. Write down your classes, practice, and study time so you can see what’s free. Some weeks you’ll be busy, and that’s okay. Make time for friends when you can, even if it’s just for a little while. If you stay organized and don’t try to do everything at once, you’ll find a good balance.
