I am interested in going to med school but fear burning out before I even get there, what are some ways to avoid getting lost along the journey?

Medicine is something that I am very passionate about but I fear that the workload might be too much. I am looking for ways to help manage stress and a larger work load than what I might be used to. #Spring25
