What university school is the best for a Californian biology major perusing a field in education for Vet science teacher?
I am a high senior graduating in 2025. I decided to go to Hartnell as a biology major for transfer, though I don’t know what collage would be best for becoming a Vet science teacher at a high school. What college would be best for this career field?

If you want to teach in an AVMA-accredited program, they want veterinary staff: DVMs & CVT/LVT/RVTs. If you are looking at teaching in a non-accredited program, having a strong background in anatomy, animal science, and biology is useful.

Consider the UC system for its great quality and affordability. For example, UC Davis has strong programs in both areas you're interested in and is easier to get into than UCLA or Berkeley. States often provide good scholarships for their residents. If you're not from California, you can live and work there for a year to qualify for in-state tuition. Good luck!
