Hi Kat,

Good question. Short answer is yes, you can apply to college with your senior year SAT score. In order to do this though, you need to ensure that you receive your SAT score before the college application is due. All colleges have application due dates and these are non-negotiable. If you take an SAT in November and the college application is due December, you likely will not have enough time to include that score on your application. I am not sure how quick your SAT scores are returned to you so that is definitely something you need to be aware about. So long as your SAT scores are in before the application due date, you should be able to include the score and submit your application.

Absolutely you can include this score. I would encourage you to take the test early in your senior year though. If you take it too late in the fall, you may not receive the score back before your application is due.
