TRAVIS’s Answer

If you are still in high school, take as many dual credit courses as you can. Once in college, take as many CLEP tests as you can. You will save a lot of money on tuition that way.

Hello! Going through college can feel exciting, confusing, and stressful all at the same time, so the best advice is to keep things simple and steady. College is also the perfect time to explore. You may join a club or try an activity you've never done before. Internships, volunteering, and campus jobs can teach you real-world skills and help you figure out what you enjoy.

Financially, there are a few things people don't talk about enough. First, college has a lot of "hidden costs." Textbooks, lab fees, transportation, snacks, club fees, and even small daily expenses can add up quickly. To save money, you can try renting textbooks, buying used ones, or checking if your library has copies.

Another helpful tip is to track your spending, just write down what you spend or use a simple budget app. This helps you avoid running out of money halfway through the month. And, you can consider getting a part-time job on campus. These jobs are usually flexible, help you earn extra money, and can give you valuable experience while still keeping school as your main priority.
