Where can I find non-need-based scholarships to fund out-of-state tuition?

Some things about me:
- My family's income is too high to qualify for need-based aid
- I really want to go to a university out of state
- I'm female
- I'm white
- I plan to go into biochemistry and research
- I have a 4.0 unweighted / 4.45 weighted GPA
- 1520 SAT and 36 ACT
- I'm captain of my school's Color Guard, founded a recycling program for my school, and participate as a general member of many clubs
