What website can you use to find scholarships that are local to your area?

I am a senior in high school and have already been accepted into the college I will be attending in the fall. I have found many opportunities to apply for scholarships on websites such as ScholarshipOwl, Scholarships360, Going Merry, Fast Web, Bold.org, Niche, Sallie, Edvisors, etc. However, I have struggled to find local scholarships that I have a greater opportunity to win. I am local to Franklin, TN. Thanks so much!

How to get a scholarship and get over the hurdles in the way of my future and career?

I've got 91% after my 2nd year and a few extra curriculars but i still wasn't able to get a scholarship(GKS to be specific) i applied for and dropped an year cuz that was the only option. Actually i want to study in UK or US but i really cant afford that i cant even afford it here in Pakistan. I'm really lost right now i really dont know what to do. My precious time is being wasted cuz I'm not the type of a person who is consistent without any pressure of college. I really am trying to use my time in the best way like currently im learning Korean working out everyday and teaching neighborhood children, but still im not that disciplined the way i was when i was in school constantly learning something and doing assignments . But honestly i hurts me when my time goes to nothing. I want to take SAT , Ielts and Topik but i cant afford the fee so im just preparing from free sources and youtube for them for the sake of self Satisfaction and having no regrets . I really dont know what to do to have the future I've always envisioned. Please tell me how to use my time in the best way possible. Btw i want to choose AI as my major if i get into a college so any tips ill be glad to take!

When searching for scholarships, what are some keywords or websites to look up and use to find niche scholarships or scholarships that have a low participation rate (for a higher chance of winning) ?

For reference, I am a high school senior looking for scholarships. I want to major in biology or pre-med, and I want to become an optometrist in the future. So far, I've only found one specific scholarship, which was the ACF scholarship. Usually, when I search, the scholarships have expired, or I'm not eligible.
