Your most obvious options are to pursue a career in medicine (in any one of a large number of medical subfields), or to stay in academia to pursue a academic research career.

However, it's also a great degree to go off in many different directions that may be less related to what you actually study - in achieving that degree you'll have demonstrated a good grasp of various different areas of STEM, and there's thus a variety of less-related STEM careers you could go into, or something totally different if you so wish.

Have a think about what interests you, what parts of the course you've done well at, what you've perhaps struggled more with, what sort of activities you'd enjoy doing for work and environments you'd want to work in, and you can start building up an idea of what career you might want to go from there.
