How hard is it find a nursing job right out of college?

This would be after receiving my bachelors degree. I hope that I am able to find a nursing job right out of college but I have heard for a lot of people it is challenging also depending on the area. In college I plan to receive a strong education so with this I hope that I am able to get help and guidance on finding a job!

Congratulations on choosing a career in nursing! It's a wonderful path to take. While it's been a while since I graduated, I can offer some advice. Aim for good grades and seek strong letters of recommendation from your instructors. Try to gain experience in the field, whether through a CNA job or volunteer work, to make your resume shine. Be open to any job opportunities you qualify for, even if they're not your first choice. With experience, more opportunities will come your way. Keep going, and you'll do great!

Once you pass your boards, you will have no trouble finding many positions. Some states allow you to practice with another nurse until you are able to take and pass the license.
