As an online college student, how do I build field experience that will help me going into a career of Forensic Anthropology?
I am a sophomore in college studying anthropology planning to switch to online college next semester. Anthropology is a very experience heavy field, but finding experience while taking online courses is difficult.

Hi Lauren,
You are basically answering your own question: you are in a very experience heavy field - experiences that you won't have online.
You can't really replace the process of continuously building hands-on skills and experiences during your studies by some quick fix.
We have seen this with students in the sciences who had to do online labs during COVID. They graduated without adequate lab skills and had a hard time finding jobs. Please don't put yourself at a disadvantage before your career has even started.
