If I have a degree in Kinesiology, can I still go into the Pediatric Ultrasound field??

I'm trying to find a college with Softball and Sonography, but most colleges do not have Sonography as an option.
I have noticed that most colleges have Kinesiology, so I was thinking about switching my major option.

You do not burn bridges by majoring in something that isn't your planned career. In fact, in many cases, it strengthens your resumé. As you learn, do not be surprised if you begin to consider many other career paths. Follow your heart as you use your brain.
