Hi Makenzie,
I've been a Registered Nurse for 37 years, working in Labor and Delivery, NICU, and Community Health. Right now, I'm a Clinical Program Manager for a health plan, creating clinical programs. If you're aiming to become a travel nurse, you'll need 3-5 years of experience in your field. After that, you can join an agency, tell them your travel preferences, and they'll offer you a list of assignments to pick from. You've got this!
