HOW DOES ONE MANAGE TO PAY FOR MEDICAL SCHOOL?

I am a senior in high school who will not be receiving any financial aid. I am curious on how one manages to get by medical school because of the rigorous studying one is required to do on the daily basis.

There are opportunities for medical school funding locally and abroad. Committing to serving a branch of the military is one route alot of people take. There are many branches to choose from as well. There is also a school in the Caribbean that offers free medical training up to the doctor level as long as you commit to serving in underserved communities once you return to the states. Study hard and you can achieve this worthwhile goal. It may require up to 7yrs of study, but you will have the rest of your life ahead of you after that.

There are a variety of ways to pay for medical school beyond earning a scholarship. Look into both state programs and federal programs that reimburse tuition costs. These usually involve a commitment to serving in an underserved community after graduation. Such programs include the military, Indian Health Service, and others.
And many, many physicians go ahead and borrow a lot of money to get through, then pay that back over many years. This generally does work out, as physicians make enough money to live comfortably (not wealthy, but comfortable) despite loan repayments.
It is also possible, but maybe not a great idea, to work some. Jobs that make good sense to prepare one for medical school while also allowing part-time work during school include EMT, MA, and ED Tech.
