Hi Alisha, you’re already doing so many things that align beautifully with global health and digital health, so you’re on a strong path 🌍💛
Here’s a simple roadmap you can start with:

• Build your international profile through small research roles
Reach out to professors in digital health, rehab sciences, AI in healthcare, or public/global health. Check faculty pages in the UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe, and send a short email with your CV asking if they take remote research volunteers or assistants. Even one project can boost your scholarship chances.

• Explore master’s programs and scholarships that match your interests
1. UK: Chevening, GREAT Scholarships, MSc Public Health / Digital Health / Health Data Science

2. Australia: Australia Awards, MPH (Melbourne), Health Technology & Digital Health (Sydney)

3. Europe: Erasmus Mundus (Global Health, Health Data Science, Public Health in Disasters)

• Attend student-friendly global conferences
World Physiotherapy Congress, HIMSS (Digital Health), WHO youth events, One Young World, and other global-health or AI-in-health conferences.

• Look into licensing early if you want to work abroad
Check HCPC (UK) and AHPRA/APC (Australia) requirements and start collecting transcripts, clinical hours, and English test scores.

You got this!

Hi Alisha,

You have an ambitious plan combining physiotherapy, digital health, research, public health, and AI. Here’s a roadmap:

1. Academic & Research

Target Masters in Physiotherapy, Public Health, Digital Health, or Health Informatics with research opportunities.

Apply for scholarships/funded positions (Chevening, Erasmus Mundus, Fulbright).

Connect with international professors via LinkedIn or ResearchGate.

Publish research in physiotherapy, AI, or digital health.

2. Licensure

UK: HCPC registration

Australia: AHPRA recognition

Plan for other countries’ exams/bridging programs.

3. Global Experience

Continue volunteering and public speaking.

Join international organizations (WHO, World Physiotherapy).

Attend or present at global conferences.

4. Career Strategy

Focus on AI/digital health projects in physiotherapy.

Gain experience in NGOs or research institutes.

Build a strong CV with leadership, research, and international exposure.

Good luck, Alisha — your global career goals are within reach!

Build a strong profile by combining physiotherapy + digital health/AI research (publish papers, join global research projects, and take MOOCs in public health & AI), then apply for scholarships like Chevening, Erasmus Mundus, DAAD, or Australia Awards while preparing for UK/Australia licensure.
Target Master’s programs in Digital Health, Public Health, Health Informatics, attend WHO/UN-affiliated global health conferences, and actively network with international professors on LinkedIn and ResearchGate.
