Is being a Graphic Designer a good job for me?
I asked what some good colleges are earlier, but I just thought, is being a graphic designer a good fit for me? I have ADHD and atisum, and I love art I've always hated math, and I'm a good problem solver but I have a hard time doing somthing I say I'm ging to do not like I lie but like "I'm going to get this done before the end of this period!" 2 days later "I'm half way there!" I just can't stay focused! And I do know what college I'd go to if I were to become a graphic designer, but I also want to be a teacher!

It's fantastic to see you thinking about your future and considering paths like graphic design and teaching. This shows great maturity and self-awareness.
If you love art, solving problems, and being creative, graphic design might be perfect for you. Many designers enjoy turning ideas into visuals that people can use. With your unique perspectives from ADHD and autism, you can really stand out in creative fields. While staying focused can be tough, practice, structure, and tools like planners can help you succeed.
Teaching is also a great choice if you like helping others and sharing what you know. Teachers find joy in helping students grow, and your problem-solving skills could make you a great mentor.
Here's a quick comparison:
Graphic Design: Creative, project-based, flexible, often involves freelance or agency work. Ideal if you want to make art your career.
Teaching: Stable, people-focused, rewarding in a unique way. Perfect if you want to inspire and support others.
You don't have to decide right now. Some people explore both paths, like studying design and later teaching art. Your love for art and helping others can blend beautifully.
My Personal Advice: take small steps in both areas. Try a design course, shadow a teacher, or volunteer in a classroom. See which one excites you more. Exploring is exactly what you should be doing.
You already have amazing strengths - creativity, problem-solving, and curiosity, that will help you succeed in whatever path you choose.
Wishing you clarity and confidence as you explore these opportunities.
