Hi Subash,

Communication is a process, understanding this process will help you to interact better with your supervisor. Feel confident about yourself first, and be well-mannered. Brush up your communication skills with AI's help, be attentive, be open to feedback, and always tell yourself you are learning. There may be situations that challenge you. Be honest, follow corporate etiquette, and be sincere in your work.

Hi Subhash!
I think that you could start learning in how to manage your emotions, in that way you can identify how you are feeling and you´ll give the message a correct intention.
Identify in what media you are communicating, is different the vocabulary and the structure if you're on a chat, by e-mail, or in person.
Second one, if while you're writing down an E-mail you can use AI tools to clean the message and make them sound the way you want.
In person don´t feel a lot of pressure but think if the usage of the words is correctly or if you´re not being rude, always say please and give thanks to your supervisors, listen before you answer. Be careful if what you are answering is the think they are asking you.
Thank you comment icon I appreciate this, thank you for the advice. Subhash
