I've actually been in a very similar situation. I worked full-time while completing my Master's in Occupational Therapy, so I know firsthand that balancing a full-time job with a full-time online course load takes planning, flexibility, and giving yourself grace. My biggest piece of advice is to treat your coursework like a scheduled appointment instead of fitting it in whenever you have extra time. At the beginning of each week, look at your assignments and create a plan so you're working a little each day rather than trying to complete everything at once. I also recommend starting assignments as early as possible because unexpected things always seem to come up. Find the times of day when you're most productive, use focused study sessions like the Pomodoro Method, and don't forget to schedule time for rest, family, and activities that help you recharge. Online classes offer flexibility, but they also require self-discipline, so creating a consistent routine is key. Most importantly, don't expect yourself to do everything perfectly. There will be busy weeks, but if you stay organized, ask for help when you need it, and keep moving forward one assignment at a time, you'll be surprised by what you're able to accomplish.

I did this and one things I didn't realize/that wasn't explained to me by the university is that classes auto-enroll every 8 weeks. There was no automatic break as existed for students taking classes in person. So, I advice that you speak with a counselor via phone, chat or email to ask any questions you may have before your term begins.
Also, make a weekly plan for yourself that includes time to study/read, rest/relax, family time, work, etc. Obviously each day or week will fluctuate due to what you have going on in your life but blocking out time in your calendar helps, liek I literally had blocks called ME TIME in my calendars to remind myself to look away from the screen and to take breaks.

Start by choosing a time management tool like Google Calendar, MS Outlook, or your phone's calendar. Here are some helpful tips:
1. Schedule your work hours first.
2. Plan time for online classes, either after work or on weekends.
3. Set aside time for assignments and projects. Review class materials and ask your tutor questions if needed.
4. Ensure you have enough time for sleep and exercise.
5. Reserve time for revision well before any assessments.
With a little planning, you can manage your time well and achieve your goals!

Thank you for your question. Firstly, you need to find a time management tool to help, e.g. Google Calendar, MS Outlook, Phone Calendar, etc.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Firstly, put down the time you need to work
2. You can then assign the time to attend the online classes, after work or on weekends.
3. Allocate time on the assignment, projects, etc. Review the material covered in the class. If you have any question, ask the tutor in the next tutorial
4. Make sure you have enough time to sleep and do some exercise
5. You may need to assign time for revision early before assessment
Since you have a full time job, it is not easy taking a full time online degree course at the same time. You may consider taking less credits each semester and use longer time to complete the entire course. Don't push yourself too much!
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!
