Balancing life and work can be tough, but it's all about what you want to learn or achieve. From my experience, it's important to set aside specific time for family, as they are your main support. They need to understand your goals and the sacrifices involved. This is a big decision, and your family should be on board with how much time you'll need to succeed. In your job, maybe they can be flexible if you need time to assist to class, but it could be defined together with your organization. Here are some steps to help:

1. Identify your study goals and how long they will take.
2. Find the best time for you to study, whether it's morning or night.
3. Set specific times to study without interruptions, but be flexible when needed.
4. Spend quality time with your family to feel more supported.
5. Identify how balance the tasks in your job, according to the real priority and maybe others tasks are not relevant to continue doing or maybe some study projects help to you to be more productive.

I hope this helps you on your journey. Remember, everything you learn is for you and will help improve both your life and work.

Balancing a full-time job, family, and studying can be challenging, but you can manage it with good planning and habits. Try studying in short, fixed time slots of 30–60 minutes each day. Focus on repeating material regularly instead of long, tiring sessions. Use techniques like active recall and spaced repetition to remember things better, and plan your study sessions with clear goals that match your energy levels.

Create a quiet space where you can focus on one thing at a time. Aim for results like mastering topics or completing practice sets, rather than just spending time. Fit in small daily learning activities like flashcards or listening to audio, and each week, focus on improving one weak area or important topic. Group similar tasks together to avoid switching between different things, and review mistakes, check your progress, and make sure you get enough sleep and rest.

Let your family know your study schedule to minimize interruptions and make studying a regular part of your routine. Test yourself regularly in exam-like conditions to see how you're doing, and keep a steady but flexible study rhythm so it becomes a natural part of your day.

Thank you for your question. It is not easy to study having a full time job and a family. Firstly, you need to find a time management tool to help, e.g. MS Outlook, Google Calendar, Phone Calendar, etc.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Put down the time you need to work and attend classes
2. Assign some time every week on your assignment & projects. Review the materials covered in the class on the day and ask the teacher in next lesson if you have any question
3. Allocate some time for family
4. Make sure you have enough time to sleep. If your schedule is too busy, try to take less credits each semester. Though it may take longer time to complete the course, health is more important.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!
