What makes the TEAS exam challenging, and how can I, as a high school student, prepare in a way that makes nursing school easier later on #Spring26 ?

I’m really interested in becoming a nurse, but I don’t fully understand what to expect from the TEAS exam. I want to know what I should be focusing on right now so I can be better prepared in the future.

The teas take a lot of preparation and studying. The TEAS is a gateway exam to nursing programs a lot of people put more pressure on themselves which makes it harder to perform well even when they know the material. From my understanding, the hardest sections is the math and science. I would recommend to get the TEAS book, complete practice tests daily, and watch YouTube videos from nurse Chung specifically for the science section, Future RN, and follow up with people who already completed the exam and ask them what steps they took to prepare and study for the test
