This is a very good question. I think many people believe that to start a business, you need money first, but often the first thing you need is not money. The first thing is to understand yourself a little bit.
Ask yourself: what do I like to do? What makes me curious? What kind of work gives me energy? Maybe you like to make things with your hands, maybe you like fixing things, maybe you like drawing, cooking, fashion, animals, organizing, social media, or maybe you are more a thinker and you like technology, AI, writing, or solving problems.
Because a business is not only an idea. To make it work, you need to stay interested even when it becomes difficult. If you choose something only because you think it will make money, but you don’t care about it, you may give up fast.
When you don’t have money, start very small. You don’t need an office, big website, or perfect logo. You can start with your skills and your time. For example, offer a service first: tutoring, babysitting, helping seniors with phones, cleaning, dog walking, simple design, fixing things, making small art pieces, helping someone with social media, or selling something you make.
Also, don’t wait until everything is perfect. Try one small thing and see if people need it. Ask people around you: “Would you pay for this?” or “What problem do you need help with?” A business starts when you solve a problem for someone, not when you have everything ready.

You can also learn for free. Use YouTube, library books, free online courses, and ask people who already do this kind of work. Sometimes the best investment is learning and practicing, not spending money.
So my advice is: first find what interests you, then find a problem connected to it, then start with one small service or product. Make a little money, learn from it, and use that money to grow slowly.
No money does not mean no chance. It only means you have to start with what you already have: your talent, your curiosity, your time, and your courage.

Starting a business is tough. At first, you might need to spend more time learning the skills you'll need later, even if it means doing more work for less money.

It's helpful to learn in ways that don't pay right away—watch someone who does what you want to do, volunteer, or help a team to see how things work. Many successful people began with small steps and used that time to gain experience and confidence.

Be ready to learn: expect little at first and be open to new opportunities. Ask questions and get advice from different people. You don't have to follow every suggestion, but hearing different ideas will help you make better decisions.

Starting a business without money is difficult, but it is not impossible. I think the best approach is to start with a skill or service that does not require much investment. For example, some people begin by tutoring, freelancing, creating content online, or helping small businesses with tasks they are good at.

Instead of focusing on money first, focus on learning, building skills, and understanding what problem your business will solve. As you gain experience and customers, you can slowly save and reinvest any earnings back into the business.

Many successful businesses started small. The key is to start with what you have, keep learning, and be patient as you grow.

Thank you

Hi! Do not underestimate the value of learning from others! I recommend you consider the benefits of volunteering to support a business aligned with your interests. It does not have to be a paid opportunity! People admire and respective a willingness to 'role up your sleeves' and get to work! In return, you will learn about the industry and build strong relationships. Then, when you are in need, they may be willing to return the favor!

It’s great that you’re thinking about entrepreneurship! Starting a business without money is challenging, but possible with the right approach.
Here are some strategies:
Start small with low-cost ideas like digital services, online tutoring, freelancing, or selling crafts.
Use free or inexpensive tools for marketing and operations.
Barter skills or collaborate to access what you need without spending money.
Save incrementally via a small side hustle to build capital.
Seek mentors or micro-investors for advice and seed funding.
Test your idea before investing significant time or money.
