Wong’s Answer

Since you like to help people and your hobby is track (running or athletics), you are likely to fit well in careers that involve teamwork, discipline, and supporting others in physical or health-related ways.

Sports-related careers could be a strong match. You may explore roles such as athlete, sports coach, fitness trainer, etc. These careers connect directly with your interest in track and physical activity. Next, healthcare and helping professions may also suit you. Since you enjoy being helpful, careers like nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or paramedical work can be a good fit. These roles focus on improving people's health and well-being.

Rebecca’s Answer

Thank you for your question. I am glad to know that you like to help others.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Would you like to be a Social Worker, Project Manager in NGOs, Life Coach, Police Officer, Teacher, Doctor, etc. There are many careers that can help people. You can find out more online.
2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, school career counsellor, etc.
4. Shortlist 1-2 careers you would like to pursue
5. Explore the entry criteria of relevant subjects in colleges
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!

I agree with Rebekah's answer. If you like helping people there are a million careers you could do it in but medical or social work come to mind first. I'm not sure how old you are but one way of getting exposure to different types of work are doing an internship or volunteering. Crisis hotlines might be a good place to start.
