Hi Stacy, I am glad to know you want help your parents. I am not sure how old you are. Please make sure you are eligible to work at your age.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Find working opportunities in school, eg libraries, lab, administration, etc
2. Check with your neighbors any assistance they need, eg baby sitting, gardening, etc
3. Explore any working opportunities in the neighborhood, eg education centre, groceries, etc
4. Identify working opportunities in chain stores, eg fast food shops, supermarkets, boutique, etc
