What study should i pay attention to more if my trade is plastering?
Im 19 i came to job corps looking for an opportunity to further more my career and education.

Hi Sidney! If plastering is what interests you, I'd recommend focusing on construction-related training and getting as much hands-on experience as possible. Learn the basics like measuring, reading plans, safety practices, drywall installation, and different plastering techniques.
Since you're in Job Corps, talk to your instructors about apprenticeships and certifications that employers value. Don't worry too much about collecting every certificate available. The combination of a few solid certifications, a strong work ethic, and real job-site experience will take you much further.
Find opportunities to work alongside experienced plasterers and learn from them every day. The skills and reputation you build on the job are often just as important as what you learn in a classroom.
