If you want to be a professional basketball player and currently play basketball for your school team, it is a good idea to attend basketball camps as well! In terms of schooling, the NBA typically drafts players from Division I schools in the US. Alternatively, if you do not wish to play for a college basketball team, you can also go overseas and play professionally for leagues in China, the Middle East, and Europe before declaring for the draft. In Europe, the Euroleague is the highest tier of professional basketball, but can be quite competitive.

There are plenty of schools you can go to and make it professionally . Be sure to get the grades you need to attend college.Study the game and become the best at your position. If you want that to be your job then that how you have to treat it. Compete and train as much as you can. If playing professional is your dream you have to be able to show you are the best everywhere you go.
