When working for an airline in the corporate office, what is the atmosphere like? Do you work in teams or independently?

I can work on my own, but I much prefer working with a team of people. Are there jobs at Cathay Pacific or other airlines that require more teamwork than others? Jonathan’s Answer

So just lIke most jobs and companies teamwork is essential. You can't really work for an airline company alone. Of course there are some jobs that involve more hands on team work and other roles that could be more analytical with more independent work. But at the end of the day it's one big team no matter what you do.
