According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2016 in the US, there were about 122,000 as floor tiler or marble settler:

The number of these jobs is supposed to grow in the future.

Yes, move to New York. You will have lots of work. You can also go into business for yourself. rick people are always remolding there homes. Reno Nv is still growing so there is lots of work there too. Keep in mind it takes money to do tile so follow it.
