Many adult ed programs in Community Colleges offer the CNA certificate necessary to enter the nursing practice at the most basic level. A close friend worked her way through nursing school after getting the certificate and managed to have significant experience to get hired by a leading HMO after completing her license.

You could try at community college or university and they have many paths that will lead you into healthcare and you could pick exactly what field you would want.
