Going into work knowing that you can help save someone's life or make a difference is definitely something to look forward to. Also, knowing that without you some people would never get better or receive the help they need is very empowering.

As a nurse you make a meaningful difference in each patients life. At the end of a long, hard day you can feel confident that your work is worthwhile. Essentially you feel good because you do good every day.
