In my experience I practiced welding 7 hours a week and after a couple of months I really started to see progress. If this is your dream job then make it your mission to utilize every possible hour of the day to practice. hard work always beat talent at the end of the day

Sharing my experience I practiced welding for around 8-9 hours a week which made me progressive. If you are interested in job field then better to fix target and have scheduled task and goals to be achieved.
