Sigge’s Answer

For me, working with change management in a global corporation, the tasks are reasonably the same but the days are never alike.

This is how I try to structure my day (doesnt happen all the time, but I try)

8-9 arrive at work, emails and worklogs, prioritze urgencies of the day

9-11:30 meetings, reviews, presentations, problemsolving...

11:30-12:30 lunch together with someone I dont get to meet as often I need/like too

12:30-13:00 email

13-15 meetings, reviews, presentations, problemsolving.

15-17 planning , wrap up and prep next day

As a Customer Success Manager, my day typically consists of client calls and emails. Simply put, my Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as a CSM is based on if a company renews their agreement with my company. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and ensuring that they get the value out of our product.

Here is a helpful link that points to how to become a CSM.

Meghan’s Answer

Hi Justin - in my current job, I'm an internal consultant so my day can look different every day. Generally, I work from 8-5 and work on a variety of different projects - from helping parts of our organization be structured in a better way, to understanding how we can recruit more diverse individuals to work at our company, to helping leaders be more effective for their teams. I love what I do but what's almost more important than the structure of my day is the people I work with - so I'd try to find a place where you feel a sense of community and an opportunity to develop.
