I love being a dental hygienist. If I had to
Choose the worst thing is that there really is no career advancement, at least in NJ. Once you are an RDH there is not much else to do, maybe sales but I don’t know if I would consider that advancement. Other states have expanded functions or Hygienists can open their own practice. NJ is more limited.
