Are there any ways to get a secure entry level job in Psychology immediately after college?
I love psychology, but I am still worried about my financial future in terms of supporting myself and earning a graduate degree at the same time. #psychology #psychiatry

I was also faced with this type of decision in my 2nd year of college. I was 2 years into a Psychology track with a desire to become a Clinical Psychologist. Through fear of not getting a job or not getting accepted into the program, I took an easier way out and switched to a Business degree in Accounting/Finance.
This was over 10 years ago so I am sure the industry has changed, but my advice is this: Don't let these fears change your mind if it's truly your passion. Life is too short.
I wish I had that day back and decided to challenge myself instead of giving up so easily. Psychology is still my passion, and my friends refer to me as their "unpaid therapist", so I still get to enjoy the science that I love, but I wish it was my career.

As you are probably already aware, a bachelor's degree in psychology may not provide for the best, financial future. There are however, many possibilities for you. Have you had this discussion with your college advisor (I'm making an assumption that you are a current, college student)? There are numerous websites that offer suggestions for careers. Here's but one of them:

Also, poke around at the American Psychological Association's website: www.apa.org.
I would also explore options with local/state/federal government which provide for job security!
The federal government website for job searches is as follows: www.usajobs.com
Every state and local government has it's own web site for job seekers, thus it's not possible for me to provide you with those web addresses in this response.
I wish you the best in your future career endeavors.
