Hi there! A great resource is the LSAC website below as Tess mentioned. The second website below also includes further information. I've also included compiled information from the U.S. News & World Report. The EDsmart website discusses law school majors. In addition, you can search for websites that may provide examples of tests, free tests, video information, admissions statistics, etc. Wishing you the best in your endeavors, Dr. B

The LSAT is the law school admission test. Law schools use it as a predictor to see how well students will do in law school. The higher score you get gives you the ability to get into higher ranked law schools. It is like the SAT for college admission, or MCAT for medical school admission. I hope this helps good luck.

The LSAT is the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). You can find additional information here: https://www.lsac.org/lsat, including more information on the test, where and when it is administered and fees. Many students take a prep-class to prepare for the LSAT such as those offered by Kaplan and the Princeton Review.

Hi Jennel! Every school has different requirements. You can research the schools that you are interested in and look up the “mean scores,” which are the range of scores that school admits. However, schools do look at grade point averages as well. Also, there are test prep programs to help with your score on the LSAT. I personally liked Kaplan, but there is also Princeton. I had friends that did well with both. Best of luck Jennel! You got this! Stay safe and well!
