As an Obstetrician/Gynecologist, how does the transition from the hospital to the clinic your an Gynecologist at work? Are you working in both a clinic and hospital or either one?

I have worked with many OBGYN over the years. Normally they have a full day in the office seeing patients. They see a mix of obstetric patients and gynecologic patients. One provider is usually on call for labor and delivery and they have to run between the hospital and clinic on those days.
