As Wael said, you have to go through everything. The more math you can do without a calculator, the more your brain is connected with it. If you have to rely on the calculator for the table of multiplication, you are far but probably in line with the pack...
If you can look at the number 3599 with the right pair of mental glasses an tell, in a blink of an eye, if this is a prime number or not then you are ahead of the pack.

I am not sure where you are at the moment; however, you are going to work your way up through algebra, trigonometry, probability, calculus, and differential equations.
