Similar to Payscale.com, Salary.com is another great resource for you to learn more about the pay rate of the position based on location, years of experience, and some other criteria factoring your pay. The website gives you the information of not only the average rate but also the rate range in percentile from 10% to 90%. With this, you will know if a company pays you lower than the average.
