Sudeep’s Answer

To be successful in any position one has have within oneself certain values and characteristics that will allow them to overcome challenges, failures and obstacles but always keeping the focus on the mission or purpose. What these values and characteristics is dependent on the family values, upbringing, background and the environment you have live in. What matters most in the end despite the struggle to succeed is to ensure one maintains and always keeps the focus on the goal. It may be easy to speak or even read about it, so the best way to know if this is true is to look at how people have succeeded in life. In most cases, you will see successful people had struggled and had to take the struggles in life as a motivation to continue to push forward. Remember, what Thomas Alva Edison said when he referred to finally invented the light bulb after 999 attempts of failure.
