Radiological Oncology is generally a day time job with little night or weekend call.

Dermatology is a low stress medical field without call or weekend work. Really, though, it will be up to you to set you schedule to some extent. When I was much younger and had small children, I cut my hours at the office down to 9am-3pm so that I could be home when the kids got out of school. I made less income, but had the freedom to be with my kids. Now they are grown, and I work full time again. That's the great thing about the medical field, the opportunities are boundless.
